Our Commitment

Our mission, quite simply, is to help you sleep better! When purchasing a MedCline product, you can benefit from unlimited personalized advice from a dedicated MedCline team member.

While many customers experience instant relief when using a MedCline device, others may need a little more time to adjust to the new sleeping position. Just like a new mattress, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for your body to adapt to a new sleep environment and a unique sleep position.

During the adaptation period, if you are not completely comfortable during your first few nights, don't worry. If needed, we can help you find comfort and relief, including offering personalized advice and additional information, as well as ensuring that you have the MedCline product that best suits your needs. We also have a series of useful videos available for all customers (in English).

We are proud and confident in the effectiveness of our devices, and we are committed to ensuring that your experience with MedCline is successful.

Our relief devices are therapeutic - the more you use them, the more effective they will be, so the better you will feel. To ensure your body has enough and optimal adjustment time, we ask that you use the device for at least 30 days after purchase, during which time we will work with you to help you find comfort and feel relief.

We have the same goals - helping you have a good night's sleep!

For some people, it may take a little more time to achieve this goal. Therefore, we ask anyone who does not want to work with our team for at least 30 days to reconsider purchasing a device.

Consequently, any customer wishing to return a product after 1 to 2 nights of use and within the recommended period, or not working with our team, will not be able to return the product without us having the opportunity to help them correctly find comfort and relief.

 

Return Policy 

According to the Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. To do so, please contact us by email at contact@medcline.eu. Once our authorization is obtained, you will be able to return the product concerned.

We do not accept returns initiated without having been informed beforehand, and without having formally given our authorization.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned

According to the current Health Code, our products are registered as Class I medical devices and, as such, no longer meet hygiene and health standards once the protective packaging is opened. Therefore, make sure not to have opened the product to be eligible for a return.

If all the conditions for a return are met, you can return your MedCline product, at your own expense, within 14 days after our authorization.

Note that only the amount of the returned product will be refunded. Shipping costs of the initial order are not refunded. Return fees will also be deducted from the refund (€25 for devices and €12 for accessories).

The refund will be made to your initial payment method (unless another method has been agreed upon previously, by mutual agreement).
