Recovery from shoulder surgery was difficult. Was hoping this system would help let me sleep snd thus heal faster. Unfortunately this was wishful thinking. The surgery was on my left shoulder, so sleeping on my left side even with the medicine sys. Was impossible. My shoulder would not tolerate the pressure nor would my back tolerate the wedge. The body pillow is however amazing. I use it still to this day along with the little pillow.

Is it worth the money that’s debatable as it’s actually sold for, but I am using some of it at least.
