Before placing your order, here are a few specific points to consider about shipping to Norway.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from the MedCline team to ensure that you agree with the possible additional costs that may occur (see below) and with providing additional information, required to create invoices for the customs.

Delivery time

Delivery to Norway takes around 6 working days, excluding customs time. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and be able to follow your parcel at anytime.

Additional costs

As a country outside the European Union, Norway is subject to some fees under DAP Inconterms that must be covered by the buyer.

Customs and VAT

Right after your order, you will receive an email from the MedCline team to confirm your agreement regarding a small admin fee from the transit agency handling the customs formalities, and Norway VAT, both payable by the customer on arrival.

Please note that we do not charge VAT on the item price and that our products are zero rated for customs duty at present.

Information requested

In order to proceed with the EU to NO customs formalities, we will also need a passport number or national ID number that you will provide by email. This information is required to go through customs clearance process, otherwise the parcel will be blocked at the customs processing center.

Please be aware that your order will not be shipped without confirmation of your agreement and the required information.
